The deal, in plain terms.

What the service is

Prospect Row Research builds commissioned prospect lists for marketing and web agencies and delivers them as a spreadsheet: an .xlsx file and a .csv file holding the same rows. You describe the clients you want. We research businesses that fit, verify each one to the standard below, and send you the file.

Current packages: Starter, 50 rows for $149. Growth, 100 rows for $249. List Cleanup, your existing list of up to 1,000 rows checked, cleaned, and rebuilt for $199.

The verification standard

Every row is built only from information the business itself has published: its own website, its public directory listings, and public registries. We never construct an email address from a name pattern, and we never buy contact data from data brokers.

A source URL rides on every row, so any row can be checked against its source in seconds. Before a build ships, each row is checked: the business is active, and the contact details on the row are the details that business publishes.

Delivery

A paid build is delivered within 48 hours of the moment we have your criteria and have confirmed receipt by email. The clock starts at that confirmation, not at the moment of payment, because a build cannot start from criteria we do not have yet.

The free 10-row sample is delivered within one business day of the sample form being submitted.

The Replacement Guarantee

If a row fails the stated checks, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it free. An email address delivered exactly as the business published it that hard bounces within those 14 days counts as a failing row and is replaced free too. If no replacement row can be found, that row is credited instead.

If more than 1 in 10 rows in a build fail the stated checks, the choice is yours: a full rebuild of the list, or a refund of the order.

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before work on the build begins.

The Replacement Guarantee, and how to claim on it. If a row in your file fails the verification checks described in your delivery, or an email address we delivered exactly as the business published it hard bounces when you send to it, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace that row free. If no replacement can be found, that row is credited against your next list. If more than 1 in 10 rows in your order qualifies as failed, you choose a full rebuild of the order or a refund.

To claim, email hello@prospectrowresearch.xyz within the 14 days, from the email address on your order, naming each row. For a row that fails the checks, name the row and what failed, and we will recheck it against the sources recorded on it. For a hard bounce, include the evidence: either the bounce notification for that address, showing the address and the mail server's permanent error, or a bounce report or export from your sending platform that names the address and classifies it as a permanent or hard failure. A report showing only a bounce count cannot identify a row and is not enough. Soft bounces (a full mailbox, a temporary server error, a try again later response) do not qualify, and neither do rejections caused by the sender's own content, links, domain, or sending reputation, where the error names the sender rather than the address. Claims also cannot cover an address that is not in the file we delivered, exactly as delivered.

We check every claim against our delivery records and decide within two business days of receiving complete evidence. Approved replacements are delivered within three business days of the decision. Each row can be replaced once, and the remedy for a failed row is a replacement or a credit, not a discount. Separately, any order can be cancelled free at any time before delivery for a full refund. The guarantee covers the data against your brief and the checks only, never replies, meetings, or results from your outreach.

Payment

Payment is taken through Stripe before work begins. Prices are in US dollars. Packages are one-time payments, not subscriptions. A recurring arrangement exists only if you agree one with us in writing by email.

Acceptable use

The lists are business contact research: details that businesses publish about themselves in order to be contacted by people who might hire them. They are not consumer data, and we do not build lists of private individuals or of their personal contact details.

Once a list is delivered, your outreach is yours. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and to the people you contact, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM in the United States and CASL in Canada, and for honoring every opt-out you receive.

Liability, kept plain

If a build falls short of the standard above, the Replacement Guarantee is the remedy: replacement rows, a credit, a rebuild, or a refund, as described there. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for the results of your outreach, which depend on your offer, your message, and your follow-up, none of which we control.
